Terms of use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the digital receipt pages we host for shops. By using them you agree to these terms.

The receipt comes from the shop

Dockit delivers receipts on behalf of the shops that use our service. The shop is responsible for the contents of your receipt and for your purchase, including prices, tax details, refunds, returns and warranties. For anything about your purchase, please contact the shop. A digital receipt is a copy of the record of your transaction; nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability

Receipt links are available for 24 hours and are then deleted. We work to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please save or download any receipt you need to keep. If you need a copy after the link expires, ask the shop.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to access receipts that weren't given to you, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dockit isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the receipt service. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Dockit name, logo and website are ours. Receipt contents belong to the shop that issued them.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Questions: info@dockit.digital.
